This one person "NewSuperMoiWii" here was able to rip his mii, and though the video on the first part of the page in the link below I saw it while it was still up.
Whether it be their own custom mii, or just mii parts, there are no ripped mii models out there & no instructions how to do so. So I have been searching around the web and not many people have ripped mii models from the wii, wii u, or 3ds (and the "normal" ds as well as some games supported mii's even though you couldn't create mii's on the "normal" ds).
